Euro-IB is an independent Investment Banking Boutique / Corporate Finance Consultancy for the corporate middle market in Europe. Since the year 2000 we offer the following services to our clients: Corporate Finance Consulting, Equity and Debt raising as well as Mergers & Acquisitions. We are an independent Investment Banking Boutique, managed by its principal shareholder, with offices in London and Frankfurt and a representative office in Rome. Euro-IB is regulated by the British financial supervisory authority (Financial Conduct Authority).
We have closed numerous transactions over the years. These often complex transactions are generally of a cross border nature with a volume of EUR 20 – 100 million – often with funding from the City of London.
Our directors and colleagues look back on experience covering several decades and a comprehensive local as well as international network in investment banking. Due to their previous work for international banks especially in London and Germany they have broad competence in Corporate Finance advisory, M&A and Investment Structuring.
We have professional relationships with entrepreneurs as well as access to debt and equity investors; we use this comprehensive international network to source debt and equity capital and to develop tailor-made and innovative solutions free of third party conflicts.
